How to consume chia

2 tbsp. to s. of chia
300 ml coconut milk
1 C. to s. honey
1 mango, cut into cubes
Mix in a bowl the coconut milk with the chia seeds, cover and let stand for 1 night. After that add the honey and mix well. At the end, put the cubes of mango on the cream and enjoy.

300 ml of almond milk (vegetable - soya, coconut etc.)
2 tbsp. at. s. of chia
1 C. to s. honey
½ c. C. vanilla powder
