Preparation

Firstly mix strawberries, orange juice (3 tablespoons) and sugar (2 tablespoons). Then let stand about 20 min.

In a bowl work about 5 minutes with the beaters of the mixer-mixer sugar (40 gr), egg yolks and water until the mixture whitens.

Pour the flour over the egg yolk mass by gently lifting with a rubber spatula. After spreading the mass evenly on a plate lined with baking paper. Bake for about 6 minutes in the middle of the preheated oven at 220 ° C. When the biscuit is ready, let cool.

Mix well the cheese, mascarpone, sugar (50 g) and vanilla sugar.

Share the biscuit in half and place a half in the dish. Then mix the orange juice and the coffee, soak the biscuit in the dish with half of the liquid. Then spread over half of the cream. Arrange the strawberries slices with the juice, cover with the second half of the biscuit, soak with the rest of the orange-coffee juice mixture, coat with the remaining cream and smooth. Finally decorate with the reserved strawberries.
